Fees

My fees are £18.00 per hour, I do not charge for travelling in the Greater London area and there is no V.A.T. to pay on my time. Photocopying, photographs and postage I charge at cost. The costs of the standard A3 size photocopies vary between about 20 pence and 50 pence per sheet depending on the repository and the method of storage in the repository.

Payment can be made by personal cheque in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) or in Australian, Canadian, New Zealand or United States dollars. Also in the majority of European currencies, but for these overseas currencies I would ask you to pay the bank charge levied to me of £5.00 for currency conversion costs. Alternatively, you may wish to pay by cash in Sterling. In this case, I would suggest that you send the money by a method that requires my signature on delivery. Please choose whichever method of payment is the easiest for you.

Photocopies are posted in manila envelopes with adhesive tape for additional protection. Photographs are posted in card-backed envelopes with adhesive tape for additional protection. If you wish, I can record or register items of post at your option, but not all countries have the necessary postal agreements with the United Kingdom.
